We are looking for an experienced Shawarma/Döner Chef to join our team in Helsinki as soon as possible. We are looking for a professional and independent person with strong experience in handling, marinating, seasoning fresh (local) meat, preparing and cooking shawarma and döner meat. The role also includes preparing meat for skewers and ensuring a high-quality end result according to industry best practices.

• Strong previous experience as a shawarma or döner chef
• Expertise in marinating, seasoning and grilling fresh meat
• Good understanding of the entire production process from start to finish
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and in compliance with hygiene requirements
