We're looking for experienced Java Developers to join CGI's team working with business-critical systems. This is not a traditional project-based development role—instead, you'll be involved throughout the entire application lifecycle, from development and testing to production support and continuous improvements.
Vastuut 8 Tehtävät ({n})
- Developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Designing, implementing and maintaining REST APIs and integrations
- Maintaining and enhancing production systems
- Investigating and resolving production incidents and technical issues
- Writing and maintaining unit, integration and API tests
- Contributing to test automation and continuous improvements
- Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Supporting the full software lifecycle in a continuous services environment
Vaatimukset 9 Osaaminen ({n})
- Strong experience with Java backend development
- Experience with Spring and/or Spring Boot
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Good SQL skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle or similar)
- Experience working with integrations
- Experience maintaining business-critical production systems
- Experience with production support, incident management or problem management
- Experience writing unit, integration and API tests as part of the development process
- Fluent Finnish
