Pastry Chef Winter Season 2026-2027 | Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort

Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort is one of Finland's best-known and most talked about travel destinations. This family business, founded in 1974, is in Saariselkä, Lapland. Kakslauttanen hosts around 30,000 visitors each year, many of them from abroad. We are looking for a skilled and experienced pastry chef to join us for our winter season .

• Create together with us pastry recipes, main star of the recipe will be the products coming out of our own Kakslauttanen distillery.
• Create your own cakes and other pastries, sweet and salty.
• Learn and follow new recipes (e.g. some traditional Finnish pastries).
• Follow Finnish hygiene standards.

• Strong previous experience as a pastry chef
• Ability to create own cakes and other pastries, sweet and salty
• Capable of learning and following new recipes
• Great cooperation and communication skills at least in English
• Finnish language is considered as an advantage
• Stress management skills
• Culinary school Education is a plus

• Full hours, 112.5h/3week period
• Help obtaining Finnish Hygiene Passport (cost responsibility of employee)
• Location in the middle of lovely nature
