Process Development Manager, TFS-Series - Beneq - Espoo, Finland
Lead advanced ALD process development at the forefront of thin film innovation. Beneq is looking for a Process Development Manager to join our Advanced ALD Business Unit in Espoo, Finland. In this role, youll lead and contribute to advanced ALD process development activities supporting our research and semiconductor customers worldwide. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining approximately 80% process development work and 20% team leadership and coordination. You will manage a small team of two Process Development Engineers while remaining deeply involved in experimental work, process optimization, and customer-driven development projects. Youll work closely with customers, Product Management, Engineering, and application experts to develop and optimize ALD processes that demonstrate the full value of Beneqs advanced ALD solutions. - Develop and optimize ALD processes in laboratory and cleanroom environments
- Lead process development projects for research ALD customers
- Lead and support a small team of two Process Development Engineers and one Equipment Engineer
- Coordinate project priorities, schedules, and resource planning
- Conduct process characterization, analysis, and optimization activities
- Maintain thorough process documentation, measurements, and reporting
- Act as a technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of process development
