The International School of Helsinki is seeking to employ a part-time Business & HR Assistant working minimum 20 hours per week to support the Business & HR team from August 19, 2024 until May 16, 2025. The successful applicant is service minded with a drive to respond promptly to questions and needs of staff, with good communication skills, positive and proactive attitude and highly organized. Work will include, e.g., tasks to support recruiting, onboarding, personnel benefits, as well as management of absences and personnel records, and other work as needed. The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree, some experience working in HR, and an understanding of Finnish labour laws.
