We are seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to strengthen our Group HR Team. Our HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company’s HR processes and procedures comply with applicable laws, rules and internal policies and regulations. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that the company complies with relevant requirements. In this role, you will also act as Data Privacy Officer for HR and support in mandatory reporting related to the HR field. You are reporting to Head of Industrial Relations, Group HR.
