The Finnish Judo Association has centralized training system in Helsinki at the Olympic Training Center Urhea, which is also the main workplace for all coaches.Coaches are hired under a co-operation agreement (Finnish Judo Federation, Olympic Committee, and possibly other parties). Support decisions for salary funding are made yearly.
